Accomodations: Rooms are single or double for individuals and groups of adults. Multiple rooms for groups of students, with single and double rooms (with limited amount according to availability) for the accompanying adults. The class of hotels is 3* or 4* depending on request. 

Insurance: insurance upper limits are adequate with current ministerial regulations. Alice can furthermore stipulate for you temporary insurances for illness, injuries, loss or steal of luggage during the travel period. 

Meals: for all proposal it is possible to choose your preferred solution among half board, full board, meals in restaurants, bars or lunch-boxes. We are able to offer typical local meals, for gala performances, meetings or particular occurrences. We are able to satisfy any request. 

Prices: Alice offers to her customers the possibility to choose together which and how many services should be included in the stay: this helps clearness of the prices.

Trips, transfers, guides and accompanying personal: trips and transfers, with relative time schedules, are as indicated by the guides according to the itineraries and visits. Nonetheless different guides might invert the order of the visits or change it partially. If you wish to add or remove a trip to those indicated in the catalogue/website, or a completely different programme, ask us! Facilities: Alice has 3 different structures at her disposal which can be used in all the weekends of the year. PALASPORT DI SANT’ANNA with regular court for BASKETBALL, VOLLEYBALL, INDOOR SOCCER, HANDBALL, and stands for a total of 700 sits.
The structure is also available for events and concerts. 

Supplements: some receptive facilities ask for supplements on the place of stay for additional services. If you have particular needs inform us: it will be easier to avoid unpleasant surprises. 

Deposit: usually only for student groups, some hotels require a deposit at the group’s arrival. It will be given back if at the time of departure no damages to the hotel’s structures, objects and facilities will be found, and if no troubles during the night will be provoked. If on the countrary damages will be found, the deposit will be partially or completely detained. In case that the damage is bigger than the deposit, a total compensation will be required. 
IMPORTANT: when arriving, always check and report to the hotel any preexisting damages. If not, you will have to pay for them at departure! Alice is not involved in such a negotiation, which is a private one concerning only the hotel and the customers. The travel organizer cannot in any case be judge for the parties. Such a right does not pertain to him, since he is not present at the event and thus cannot and should not called to be a witness.

The great diversity of the products and travel plannings also involves a great diversity in methodologies and care for so different needs.
